Deaf people of color ever!

Don’t miss it!

The Second National Deaf People of Color Conference is slated for June 25 through 27, 2010, in Portland, Oregon. This exciting event will feature workshops, presentations, and a banquet gala (with entertainment).

Earn up to 16.5 hours (1.65 RID credits) towards your ASLTA and RID certification with RID CEUs, and Certification Maintenance Program (CMP), enhance your early-education teaching skills, exchange ideas, network with other teachers and mentors . . . and meet new friends! People of ALL colors, races, ethnicities, religions, and cultural affiliations are welcome!

Interpreters, teachers, and students who want to earn RID CMPs or ACET CEUs should contact The Language Door at info@thelanguagedoor.net PRIOR to the Conference to submit a PINRA (Participant-Initiated Non-RID Activity). The PINRA processing fee is $20, payable to The Language Door.

Individual interpreters are responsible for submitting their own PINRAs, and responsible for paying their processing fees.
